Article 1: Which personal data do we process about you?
In the context of its activities, Vytech processes the following personal data from you:
- Category 1: if you use our services, we process your name, first name, address, telephone and/or mobile number, e-mail address, company name, payment and billing details, and any other personal data you provide to us to enable us to perform our services;
- Category 2: every time you visit our website, we may collect various personal data about you based on cookies and similar technologies, in particular your IP address, browsing behavior, origin, and search terms. More information about the way we use cookies can be found in Article 7.
- Category 3: via the contact forms on our website, we process your name and first name, the name of your company, your e-mail address, and any other data you provide to us in the free text field.
- Category 4: if you call or e-mail us, we process your name and first name, e-mail address and/or telephone number, as well as the data you disclose yourself.
- Category 5: when subscribing to our newsletter, we process your e-mail address, first name, last name, and company name.
Article 2: What do we use your personal data for?
We use your personal data exclusively for:
- Category 1: the delivery of the service and its payment and invoicing, with the legal basis being the performance of a contract you have requested or for the performance of the services you have requested and for which the processing of your personal data is necessary, or in certain cases because the law requires it, or because we have a legitimate interest in doing so in certain cases within the framework of our administrative file management.
- Category 2: to maintain and improve our website and to include personal data in anonymous statistics, from which the identity of specific persons or companies cannot be traced, with the legal basis being the legitimate interest of Vytech to guarantee the security and proper functioning of our website in the case of necessary cookies, or your explicit, prior consent during your first visit to our website for all other cookies.

Article 3: Who receives your personal data?
We never pass on your data to third parties for commercial reasons. However, if necessary due to internal reorganization or transfer of activities, we may pass on your data to new entities within the Vytech group or to third parties who might guarantee the continuity of our services. In that case, Vytech will always inform you in advance as far as possible, but you understand that this is not technically or commercially feasible under all circumstances.
Naturally, we do share your data with third parties in the context of performing our services. Your data may be passed on to and processed by consultants, software and cloud providers, financial partners, or any other third party that is a party to or plays a role in our services. The current list can be obtained upon simple request by e-mail. We ensure appropriate security measures regarding your personal data for every transfer to third parties, including by concluding processing agreements where necessary.
For events, we share your personal data with the partners or co-organizers, who are clearly displayed upon registration.
We always try to make maximum use of European suppliers, but if we have to call on non-European third parties, we ensure that your data is as safe outside Europe as it is here in Europe. For example, where necessary, we conclude Standard Contractual Clauses with these partners and provide additional safeguards.
In rare cases, we may be required to disclose personal data based on a court order or to comply with other mandatory laws or regulations. We will try to inform you in advance to the best of our ability, unless this is not possible for legal reasons.
Article 4: How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep your personal data as long as this is necessary in function of the purposes of the processing.
We keep all file data for up to 10 years after the termination of our service, in view of the legal limitation period of our contractual liability.
We also keep your contact details for 5 years after termination for the sake of the continuity of our services to our customers.
For legal reasons, we must keep your billing details for 10 years from the calendar year following the invoice date.
We keep contact details of customers, prospects, and contacts as long as we have a commercial relationship with them and up to 10 years after its conclusion, for the sake of the continuity of our services on the one hand and our marketing interests on the other.
Article 5: Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data and the use we make of those personal data at any time and free of charge.
You have the right to request us to correct, supplement, or in certain cases delete your personal data.
